Ethereal d.o.o. is dedicated to the protection of our customers personal data. We collect only basic customer data that is necessary for us to meet obligations to our customers. We inform our customers about the way we use their data and it is their decision if their personal data can be used for marketing purposes. All the personal data is stored securely and it is available only to our employees that need it to complete their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for the protection of customers personal data.

Ethereal values and protects your privacy. In the process of providing our services and information about our services we will use your personal data only with your permission. We will not give, sell or provide access to your personal data to any third party in a way that is not explicitly stated in this document.

Registration

To make an order or to ask us a question on our web shop customer must register first. During registration customer must provide its contact information (like name and e-mail address) to build an account. The contact information is used to respond to customer questions on our web shop and to simplify shipping of ordered products. Registered customers can also check status of their orders and change their account information.

Log files

We use IP address logs to analyse trends in our customer habits, to maintain our web site  and to collect broad geographic distribution of our customers. IP addresses are not connected to personal data which could be used to identify individual customers.

Collected demographic data could be shared with our media and promotion partners. Demographic data does not contain any personal data from which individuals could be identified. Some of our services are provided by third parties. If our user applies for the newsletter user contact information will be collected.

Our web site sometimes presents questionnaires to our users in order to improve the user experience. Questionnaires and giveaways are optional and it is up to our user to decide if they aro going provide required information. Required information may include contact information like users name, street addres or postal number. Contact information will be used to notify winners of our givaways.

We are taking all the measures to secure user data on our web site. Personal data is protected both online and offline. If our forms require personal data it is encryped and secured with SSL protocol. Internet browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox display a green lock icon when website is protected. If the lock icon is closed you ara on the secure web site. We are using SSL to protect our users data on the Internet. Offline it is protected by the best measures available to us. Access to our user data is restricted. If the personal data of our user changes or user wants to cancel our service we allow correction, update or removal of users personal data. It can be done by the user on the web page “My account” or by sending an email to: info@ethereal.hr.

Useres will always be informed about the information we collect, the way it is used and under what conditions it is to be shared with the third parties. If at any time we decide to use user data in a way not specified in this policy user will be notified by an email and user permission will be requested. User data will only be used if the persmisson for the new use is given. User data will be used in accordance with the Privacy policy valid at the time of the data collection.
